If i could give remax negative stars i would. I would stay far, far, away if you are a college student. They will take advantage of you in anyway they can. Stay away from Misty Corts. I was warned about her ahead of time, and should have listened. Just ask around about her. You will find out everything you need to know! And know if you find mold in your house, its going to be your problem, not theirs. I heard from other rental property managers that i was not the only one experiencing this dealing with remax. It took us two years just to get a working mailbox, and that wasn't even the worst of it.... Good luck if you are renting with them.

Super disappointed in the rental side of this company. One of their rental property managers is a nightmare to work with (Misty Corts). Will keep your security deposit for items unrelated to the security deposit.They also send you the remainder of your deposit based on jacked up "estimates" rather than including the actual receipts for services and the true amount owed back to you. If you choose to use them, take pictures of everything - although even if you clean and have the condition of the home documented, they will still charge you cleaning fees upon move out. Will charge you hundreds of dollars for drywall repairs for small holes in the walls created by nails and small screws (so small you cannot tell the difference between a small nail hole or a tiny screw), and state that it is excessive damage. Beware and don't use them if you expect to get your deposit back
